About Us
I am the owner and principal floor sander and installer at Specialty Wood Floors. Since 1992, wood flooring has been a passion of mine. I began my training as an apprentice of master craftsmen from some of the finest flooring companies in New York City. While an apprentice, I travelled throughout the country working at large construction projects, from commercial stores in Manhattan such as The Banana Republic and The Gap to the J. Paul Getty Center in Los Angeles, California. Through this extraordinaty experience, I learned my craft and honed my skills.
During the late 1990s, I worked in many residential homes within the tri-state area restoring old floors to new life. Working in people's homes, I experienced the pleasure that my customers and I both received from a job well done. My customers motivate me toward perfection with every job and as a result, at Specialty Wood Floors, we strive to provide you with a flawless floor and to leave you a very satisfied customer!
I offer my customers a broad range of services from installing new floors to restoring more mature floors using all forms of stains and finishes. We use the best quality products at the best prices.
